Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. These estimates are provided for guidance only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address when placing an order. Please carefully check all shipping information before confirming your purchase.
 

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, delays, lost parcels, or returned shipments resulting from:

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Restricted or inaccessible delivery premises

  • The recipient’s absence or failure to collect the parcel

  • Incorrect contact information provided by the customer
     

If a parcel is returned to us for any of these reasons, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, return fees, and any reshipping charges. No refund will be issued for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information, except where required by applicable law.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment and promptly responding to any carrier requests.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at shopicharm@gmail.com within 5 days. Include your order number and, for damaged parcels, clear photographs of the packaging and products.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

Please review the product description, specifications, dimensions, and all order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at shopicharm@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

This policy does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
